Dear Investment Team:

My name is John Cook and I grew up in Louisburg, Kansas USA. My family's business was hardwood logging, saw-milling, grade lumber, veneer and exporting our products to overseas markets. We also owned a farm machinery dealership. Many of my relatives own farms (one farm is the oldest under continuous ownership in the area, another relative still owns a farm in Pennsylvania that has the original survey signed by George Washington) and I spent a lot of time around farm machinery also.

I have been researching engine designs for over forty years and machines are my passion. My recent discovery will prove to be the most significant development since the invention of the internal combustion engine in the 17th century.

The new engine design that I am proposing is an adiabatic or low heat rejection engine (LHRE). In the early 1980s, Toyota researched production of an adiabatic ceramic engine which can run at a temperature of over 6000°F (3300°C). Ceramic engines do not require a cooling system and hence allow a major weight reduction and therefore greater fuel efficiency.

There have been many millions (possibly billions) of dollars invested by the biggest players on the planet and so far there is not even one LHR engine on the market today. That is about to change!

This engine would have more than twice the fuel efficiency (it has a hybrid power stroke), half the moving parts, less pollution, higher horsepower to weight ratio, lower production costs, multi-fuel (hydrogen, natural gas, gasoline, jet fuel, kerosene, diesel fuel or vegetable oil).

Many companies, universities, militaries and countries have tried to build a ceramic engine, including Toyota, Ford, Kyocera, Cummins, Isuzu, Honda, Wartsila and the United States Military just to name a few. They all overlooked the most important aspect in the engine design. My engine design eliminates the problems by eliminating the cause of the problems. It is best to make it a practice of always thinking from the most basic point.

For example, a typical gasoline automobile engine operates at around 25% efficiency and the most efficient engine in the world is running on heavy fuel oil is at 51.7%. It stands at five stories (13.5 meters (44 ft)) high, is 27.3 m (90 ft) long, and weighs over 2300 tons and produces 114,800 brake horsepower at 102 rpm.

I have brought together four different paradigms that to my knowledge and research have never been brought together before. Like any other break through invention it seems so simple, why didn’t someone think of it before? This engine has much higher combustion temperatures for more complete combustion of the fuel equating to more power and greater efficiency. It has an internal heat capture system and an external heat recapture system which reduces NOx emissions. The design of the engine virtually eliminates stress cracking. It has the potential to approach 70% efficiency. There is much less heat loss and very little harmful exhaust emissions.

The following reasons sum up why my design is feasible:

The very basic design of my engine minimizes outside stresses on the combustion chamber thereby minimizing stress cracking.
The design of the combustion chamber is 100% original and unique; it minimizes the technical risks with high temperature combustion.
The combustion temperature is very high yet the exhaust temperature is very low. The majority of the heat produced in the combustion chamber is converted into mechanical force.
Low NOx emissions.
Improved high temperature tribology.
Lower production costs.
CleanTech.

To put it in simple terms; just think of an adiabatic process engine or a “zero” heat rejection engine as having no heat loss (the intake air temperature and the exhaust gas temperature are the same). 100% of the combustion heat energy is converted into mechanical energy and zero heat escapes the engine.

I am sure that when you have seen a new invention, you have said to yourself: that is so simple, why didn’t I think of it. Well I did think of it and my engine design will be a real game changer.

The business could be located anywhere the investor’s may choose.
